⏰ Scheduling & Pay

• Hourly wage depends on position and experience

• Phase 1 of Hamilton restaurant hours are 4-9p Wed-Sat

• Phase 2 will expand to add noon-10p Fri & Sat

• Phase 3 may add Sun brunch

• Phase 4 may add more hours in line with customer demands

✅ Requirements

By position:

• Servers: Preferred age 18+

• Bartenders: Must be 21+ (to meet legal requirements for serving alcohol)

• Kitchen Staff: Under 19 must be actively enrolled in or graduate of a culinary program; completion of ServSafe Food Handler certification prior to first shift for kitchen staff

General Requirements (all positions):

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to complete ServSafe Food Handler certification for all positions

• Positive team attitude and interest in community
